Portledge introduced Upper School deans to our community in 2022, creating what has become known to students as the Dean Team. Traci Douglas, R.J. Liberto, and Eden White work together to enhance initiatives in Character Formation, Student Leadership, Academic Achievement, Community Service, and Student engagement, which are also part of the three-year Strategic Plan. The deans also collaborate with the college counseling office upon matriculation in 9th grade through 11th grade to help students maximize their academic performance, extracurricular involvement, and leadership opportunities, ensuring their high school transcripts reflect their full potential.
