Parent Conferences

Grades and comments will be released on November 7. Conference sign-ups will close tonight, Sun. Nov. 3, at 9:00 p.m., Click here for specific divisional information.
Middle & Upper School Families
Conferences will last 10 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for the teacher to write notes and prepare for the next appointment. You can make an appointment with each teacher or select just one or two. 
  • For Upper School, these conferences are parent & teacher meetings, but your student is welcome to attend. If you are unable to attend in person on Tuesday, you can request a virtual meeting with the teacher you wish to meet.

  • For Middle School, these conferences are student-led and your child will lead the discussion of their progress. The conferences are in person only on Tuesday.
  • Monday, November 4, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Google Meet.
  • Tuesday, November 5, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in person on campus. 
Lower School Families
Conferences will last 20 minutes. Teachers will block out times when they cannot be available. These conferences are for parents and teachers only. We will not be able to provide child care. If you would like to conference with a Specials Teacher, then please email them directly.
  • Monday, November 4, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Google Meet. 
  • Tuesday, November 5, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in person on campus or virtually.
