Portledge School uses a Student Medical Record (SMR) database, Magnus Health. As a web-based system, we are now able to provide you continuous access to your child’s health record, including the ability to make updates as needed. 

For the coming school year, you will have direct access to your Magnus Health SMR account through the Resource tab on myPortledge. Portledge will no longer require paper forms to be submitted to us; instead, they can be easily, automatically, and securely uploaded to the Magnus Health Portal located within your myPortledge account.
 
Please input the health information required to Magnus Health for each child attending Portledge no later than August 31, 2022.
 
Timely submission of health information and other forms is vital so that preparations can be made before the first day of school. You will receive weekly reminders, as long as there are outstanding items in your account. Please reserve 20 to 30 minutes per child, depending on circumstances. The good news is that you will not have to repeat this work next school year: the data is securely stored, so going forward, you will simply provide updates to any records as needed. 
 
To access your Magnus Health Account:
Please visit myPortledge (portledge.myschoolapp.com) and click on the button titled “Magnus Health Portal” on your Blackbaud Resource Board. You will be securely logged into your Magnus account.
