Parent & Child: Family Yoga
Portledge School Parent & Child Presents:Family YogaJoin us for Family Yoga! This class invites one caregiver and their child (ages 2-3) to explore mindfulness, yoga, and partner activities. Children enjoy one-on-one time with their grown-ups in a fun, supportive environment. Together, they'll try new yoga poses, partner stretches, and group poses like the "forest pose."
