The Senior Project Experience is the culminating Portledge academic experience. 
The project aims to explore an area of interest and to do something that matters. The opportunity allows students to investigate a problem, explore a belief, confront a challenge, or even take a risk, keeping in mind the criteria of creativity, activity, and service. This journey requires effort, focused attention, and dedication. Students worked diligently on projects throughout the year that required them to be creative, focused on activity, and personal well-being - or that of others - and/or that involved serving others within the community. 

Projects of Distinction

Upon completion of presentations at the end of the school year, the Senior Project Experience Committee met to review the students' proposals, processes, and deadlines, along with the faculty-graded presentations, and then selected projects that embodied the true purpose of this experience. Below, we highlight the Class of 2024 Senior Projects of distinction.
